Each session develops naturally around where you are internally at the moment, your emotional state, inner clarity and readiness for change.
Sometimes the work goes deeper into addictive patterns and smoking. Sometimes into emotional regulation, fear, exhaustion, inner conflict or disconnection from self.
There is no rigid formula to force you through. At the same time you will be offered different directions we can work with depending on what feels most relevant, important and ready to be explored in that moment.
